SENSHI is the first contemporary Japanese à la carte buffet restaurant in Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD). At the helm is veteran chef Martin Woo and his team. Nestled in Dorsett, Singapore, SENSHI, which means “warrior”, boasts a spacious dining area with 115 seats and two private rooms.

 

At SENSHI Sushi & Grill, Chef Martin worked closely with our chef in the daily operational ala carte and buffet menu planning and special request from guest to bring in weekly air cargo for our omakase menu.
